PHASE 1: PREP
Website Strategy Session
We'll start off with a 60-minute Website Strategy Session to talk about the goals of your website, help you choose which platform you'd like it built on, go over the pages and features you need, get any questions answered, and map out the flow!
I'll give you a list of things I'll need you to gather before we begin the design process, including website copy for each page, any photos you'd like to use, testimonials, etc.
Domain + Hosting Setup
If you need to purchase your domain name and hosting, I will guide you through the process and provide you with assistance! I also have promotion codes to help you get the best deals!
Website Platform Setup
I will configure your domain name + hosting with your website platform and get all the foundational things set up.
Coming Soon Page
I will design a Coming Soon page to let people know your website is currently being built and how they can get in touch with you in the meantime.
PHASE 2: DESIGN
Website Page Design
I will design your website page(s) using your brand identity as reference (brand blueprint, mood board, color palette, logos, brand photos, custom illustrations, etc.)
I will also incorporate your website copy, testimonials, and any personal photos you'd like to use. I will ensure everything looks and sounds professional, cohesive and unique to you!
Website Features
I will configure a contact form, social media links, standard legal pages, basic SEO, and make sure it looks good on mobile devices!
If you'd like additional features, such a blog, e-commerce shop, appointment scheduler, email subscription form, etc. I can configure those as well!
Website Revisions
You'll have up to 3 rounds of revisions to get everything just right.
Website Launch
Once your website is approved, I will launch it LIVE and you'll officially have an online presence + works for you 24/7!

Custom Illustrations
Custom icons, patterns, decorative accents, and other elements that add extra personality and flair to your website.
Appointment Scheduler
I'll connect your appointment scheduler to your website (Calendly, Acuity, etc.)
Blog Setup
A blog is a great addition to your website as it can help you share your knowledge and the value of you work.
Some ideas you could use your blog for: educating your audience on your process, sharing case studies, posting recipes, sharing news, creating tutorials, etc.
Instagram Links Page
Similar to Linktree, this is a branded page on your website that houses links to the most important pages of your website. You use it in your Instagram bio to help your audience learn more about your work, sign up for your newsletter, book a service or product, read testimonials, contact you, etc.

The Platforms I Build Websites On
My specialty and recommended website platform is WordPress, but I also have experience with GoDaddy Airo, Wix and Squarespace.
Revisions
Pricing includes 3 rounds of revisions per design concepts.
Revisions are tweaks to already designed concepts, not complete redesigns.
Additional rounds of revisions or additional design concepts will be charged at an hourly rate and added to your final balance. I will be sure to communicate this along the way if it comes up!
Additional Fees
Pricing does not include printing + shipping costs or licensing fees for fonts and certain brand assets. Additional fees will be clearly communicated before purchasing so there are no surprises.
Timeframe
Timeframe is dependent on what's included in your package, the number of edits requested, and the response time between you and I. Most of my website design projects take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, but could be longer if delays happen.
It's important that you understand this is a collaborative and co-creative process. Please make sure you are available prepare content and respond to design concepts or questions that come up during our time together.
In addition, understand that personalized website design takes time. I have found my clients get much better results when they are not rushing, stressing, or panicking. For this reason, I have created a realistic structure within my process that gives us the time and space we need to create, reflect and decide.
Availability
I book a limited number of projects each month so that I can give my clients the time, focus, and care they deserve.
That being said, I generally have 1-3 spots available each month for website design projects. Please reach out to confirm my current availability!
Payment Process
When you're ready to book, I will send an invoice + contract that outlines what's included, pricing, due dates, etc.
A 50% deposit will be required to book and secure a time slot in my calendar dedicated to your website design project. The remaining balance will be due upon final approval and before final file delivery.
I am currently accepting payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check.
I understand this is a big investment, so if you need a payment plan, please inquire!
Sessions
My 1-on-1 sessions are held virtually using Google Meet.
If you prefer to meet in person, I can hold your session at the Holistic Alignment Healing Center in Somersworth, NH.
Project Management
I keep all projects organized through Asana.
