I absolutely LOVE building beautiful, custom WordPress websites! My focus is always on creating a clean, mobile-friendly design + unique branding and easy user navigation.
My dream clients are high-vibe healers, lightworkers and other badass, spiritual entrepreneurs who know they are here to share their unique gifts and talents with the world.
Website Design Package
This is a solid package that has everything I recommend for an awesome website experience. I can also create a custom package based on what you need.... be sure to check out my Add-Ons for additional features that can take your site to that next level!
I will set you up on the WordPress platform using the powerful Genesis framework.
There are a handful of plugins I love and use and I will install all of the ones I feel are best for your site.
Your website will be mobile-friendly and be shown beautifully on all mobile devices. Your site will adjust to the screen of the tablet that it is displayed on whether it’s big or small!
You'll be able to make simple updates yourself once the website is complete. This includes updating text or photos.
Creation of custom graphics for your website.
I will design up to 6 pages (ex: Home, About, Services, Portfolio, Testimonials, Contact) with a focus on clean and clutter-free design.
When visiting your website, we want users to get a clear understanding of your message and give them an easy-to-use and seamless experience.
Your colors will all match your branding.
If you'd like some assistance in creating this, you can get more info about my branding + logo packages here.
I'll configure a contact form with your email address.
I'll configure social media icons that link users to your social media pages including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Yelp, etc.
I will optimize all of your content to make sure it's search engine friendly. This will help you get found more organically online by those who are looking for someone like you.
Includes research and planning, SEO copywriting, proper keyword usage, link building, photo optimization, page speed optimization, and mobile usability optimization.
You will need to purchase a domain name + hosting before I begin working on your website.
Below are some additional features that can be added to your website.
Pricing for additional pages will be based on the content and what's involved in creating the page. Each page will be optimized for SEO.
A simple static page would be $50, something more complex, interactive, detail-oriented, etc. would be $100+.
I'll configure a form on your site that allows users to easily sign-up for your online mailing list. By allowing users to enter their email on your website you will be able to develop a list of interested customers and send them special offers, coupons, discounts, and new product information directly to their email inboxes.
Social media sharing buttons can help people share your content easily on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, Email and many other platforms. These are great for getting more organic traffic to your site and improving your search engine rankings.
These can appear on the left, right, top, or bottom (or any mix of any of these!) and can be coordinated with your brand's color palette.
I'll configure a slider on the homepage or anywhere else you'd like it! Includes custom graphics and/or eye-catching images to create a vibrant and interactive user experience.
+ Starting at $50
Allow users to see your most recent Instagram images either in a dynamic sidebar widget or as a wide Instagram wall. The Instagram images on your website will automatically be updated whenever you update your Instagram account.
A page on your website that is linked directly from Instagram to guide your IG followers to your best content.
It is vital to have a blog on your website as it becomes part of search engine results and can be shared across social media platforms, which can help bring new users to your website organically.
Need Something Else?
If you'd like something different than what I've mentioned, please feel free to reach out to me for a custom quote!
If you're interested in working together, please check my waitlist first to see when I will be able to accomodate you and your design project. If the time frame works for you, feel free to use the form below to introduce yourself and ask me any questions you have!
If we both feel like we are a good fit for each other and you are ready to move forward, the next thing I'll need you to do is purchase your own domain name and hosting, if you haven't already.
Bluehost is my recommended domain and hosting provider (I am an affiliate for Bluehost and by clicking the link and signing up for a hosting package, I will receive a small commission.) If you choose to go with Bluehost, I also recommend that you purchase the site lock and site backup add-ons.
If you have questions on which options to choose or need some help choosing a domain name, please email me and I'll be happy to assist. You can also check out this post for a detailed walk-through tutorial.
The next step is to fill out my website design questionnaire. This will provide me with some things I'll need before I start working on your site, plus it will give me a better idea of what you are envisioning.
Bonus: If you are on Pinterest, you could also fill up a Pinterest board with some inspirational images, color palettes, styles, quotes, fonts, etc. – anything that gives me an idea of how you'd like your site to you look and feel. This is optional but it will help me out a lot! The more clear and concise you are up front about what you are looking for, the quicker the design process will be!
Once you've filled out the questionnaire, I will email you an invoice to take a 50% deposit via PayPal. This will secure your project in my schedule.
You may send me the content for your site via email or on add it to a shared folder on Google Drive, if you prefer. This content will include things like the copy (what you want written) for your website pages, any images you'd like to use, your logo, etc.
Tip: I love when things sent to me via email are consolidated into one or two emails. 🙂
The design process will begin on the start date assigned to your project, as long as you have provided me with most of the content for your site. After 3-7 business days you will receive a link to the demo version of your website to review.
At this point you will be able to request revisions and tweaks to your website, as long as they are within the scope of the project. Two rounds of revisions are included and can be requested in writing via email. One round = 1 email. 🙂
Please make yourself available during this time to respond to emails in a timely fashion so that we can keep things flowing. We are co-creating this masterpiece together and there are some things I can't move forward with until I hear from you.
Once all requirements are met and you feel completely happy with the way your site looks and functions, the remaining balance (including any additional fees for extra concepts, revisions, or add-on items) will be due.
After your final payment is received, your website will go live! 🙂
My goal is to get your project completed within 1-3 weeks from your start date, but how fast this process goes also depends on how fast you can get me the content I need and making sure you are responding to my emails in a timely fashion. It's likely not many emails will need to be sent, but please understand there are some things I cannot move forward on until I hear from you.
To avoid rescheduling fees and progress payments for delays past the 1 month mark, please make sure most of your content is prepared and ready for me by your start date and that you make yourself available for email correspondence during your scheduled time slot.
Before booking with me, be sure to read my design terms + conditions.
Thank you for understanding.
Your frequently asked questions – answered.
No, I do not provide or write content. It will be your responsibility to provide a majority of the content that goes on the website, including the copy for each page, any photos you'd like to use, etc.
If you need some help writing and editing the content for your pages, I'd be happy to assist you! Please inquire for an additional quote.
You can either take your own photos or do search for stock photos. If you need stock photos, you can check out my list of recommended free and premium stock photo resources here.
It generally only takes me a few days to design a website, but that's only after I have all the information and content I need from you. It's usually the client's preparation time that takes the longest and I am available to answer questions if they come up during that part of the process. If you can prepare this stuff before you even reach out to me, then your site could be up and running in less than a week!
I also prefer to only take on 1 website at a time so I can give it my full focus, energy and creativity. That being said, if your site ends up taking longer than a month, it may run into other client projects I'm working on, which means I will have to spread my energy across multiple projects, which obviously isn't the most ideal for anyone. That's why I've created a progress payment in case your site is taking longer to complete. You can view more info about this on my design terms and conditions page.
If you are planning on going on vacation or know you will be unavailable to respond to emails relatively quickly during the design process, I recommend waiting until a later time to book with me.
