THE EXPERIENCE
A more detailed look at my process, the steps we'll take, and how it all works! What we do together will depend on your personal goals + needs.
PHASE 1: CLARITY
Brand Discovery Session
We'll start off with a 90-Minute Brand Discovery Session. Think of this as a relaxed, grounded, collaborative chat where we can talk openly about your dreams, your business, and your brand.
Together, we'll to begin exploring the foundation of your brand — your why, vision, mission, values, target audience, creative direction, and what makes you unique!
Brand Questionnaire
Once we've talked, you should be feeling more clear about who you're here to serve, what your brand stands for and the kind of experience you want to create!
You'll use this energy to fill out your Brand Questionnaire, using your own words.
Brand Alignment Session
We'll have a 90-min Brand Alignment session to go over your questionnaire and clarify anything further.
By the end, you should be feeling understood, confident, and excited for what’s next! And I'll have what I need to create your unique brand identity!
Brand Blueprint
I will take everything we've clarified and summarize it in a "Brand Blueprint" document. This will essentially serve as a set of guidelines we can continue to refer to as we develop your brand.
The work we do in this phase ensures your brand is not only personalized to you but is also built with purpose + intention!
PHASE 2: DESIGN
Pinterest Board Collaboration
We'll kick off the design phase with a little visual inspiration!
I'll have you create a "Brand Inspiration" board on Pinterest where you can gather images, textures, colors, font styles, logo ideas, inspiring quotes, etc.Â
Mood Board + Color Palette
Using your Brand Blueprint + Pinterest Board as guidance, I will create a "Mood Board" and suggested color palette.
This will capture the overall look, feel, and vibe of your brand, ensuring we are both on the same page as we move forward with your brand identity.
Logo Suite
With your visual direction locked in, I will begin designing your primary logo and present you with a few design concepts to choose from.
Every concept will be thoughtfully considered and crafted with intention, ensuring it truly reflects the essence of your brand. You will choose one, and we will make any necessary revisions.
I will then create your alternative and submark logos (different layouts and variations of your primary logo). These will give you different options to use across various spaces and platforms, ensuring your brand always looks professional + cohesive!
Depending on your brand's needs, this might also include additional layouts, colors, all-white and/or all-black watermarks, brand extension logos, etc.
Brand Assets
I will curate any fonts, photos, textures, etc. that feel aligned with the style and vibe of your brand.
In addition, if you need any custom patterns, icons, illustrations or marketing collaterals, I can design those for you as well!
Branding Board
I will create a Branding Board that showcases all the elements of your brand identity, including your logos, color palette + hex codes, visual style, font names, etc.
This will serve as a reference guide that can help you + your marketing team keep things consistent going forward!
Final File Delivery
I will package up your final files and share them via Google Drive.
Your logo files will be delivered in multiple formats for both print and digital use!Â
You will also receive a Logo File Guide that outlines how to use each logo file so that you know which ones are specifically for print purposes and which ones are specifically for web purposes.
ADD-ONS

Revisions
Pricing includes 3 rounds of revisions per design concepts.
Revisions are tweaks to already designed concepts, not complete redesigns.
Additional rounds of revisions or additional design concepts will be charged at an hourly rate and added to your final balance. I will be sure to communicate this along the way if it comes up!
Additional Fees
Pricing does not include printing + shipping costs or licensing fees for fonts and certain brand assets. Additional fees will be clearly communicated before purchasing so there are no surprises.
Timeframe
Timeframe is dependent on what's included in your package, the number of edits requested, and the response time between you and I. Most of my branding projects take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, but could be longer if delays happen.
It's important that you understand this is a collaborative and co-creative process. Please make sure you are available to respond to design concepts or questions that come up during our time together.
In addition, understand that personalized branding takes time. I have found my clients get much better results when they are not rushing, stressing, or panicking. For this reason, I have created a realistic structure within my process that gives us the time and space we need to create, reflect and decide.
Availability
I book a limited number of projects each month so that I can give my clients the time, focus, and care they deserve.
That being said, I generally have 1-3 spots available each month for branding projects. Please reach out to confirm my current availability!
Payment Process
When you're ready to book, I will send an invoice + contract that outlines what's included, pricing, due dates, etc.
A 50% deposit will be required to book and secure a time slot in my calendar dedicated to your branding project. The remaining balance will be due upon final approval and before final file delivery.
I am currently accepting payments via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or check.Â
I understand this is a big investment, so if you need a payment plan, please inquire!
Sessions
My 1-on-1 session are held virtually using Google Meet.
If you prefer to meet in person, I can hold your session at the Holistic Alignment Healing Center in Somersworth, NH.
Project Management
I keep all projects organized through Asana.
