The reason we get angry is because the light of truth is shining on our delusions, insecurities, fears, etc.
At some point in our life, we accepted these things as the truth, therefore allowing them to become our own personal limiting beliefs, which ultimately caused us to feel “less than.”
Accepting the belief that we were ever “less than” helped the “darker” energies of the world gain “power” over us (of course, this is delusional as well as we are all equals and TRUE power comes from healing, love, unity, and remembering who the fuck we really are.)⠀ ⠀
It’s important to remember that our souls / inner being / higher power / God / Source, etc. wouldn’t ever argue or get angry.
This is because they are already in a “higher” state of consciousness and have some perspective. Our souls are not going to drop to a “lower” vibration just to make us feel better in the moment (that would be enabling!!!)
Instead, they are going to EMPOWER us to take responsibility for ourselves by standing tall and shining in their full glory. ✨✨✨
If we, as humans, want to feel better and discover the truth of who we REALLY are, we’ve got to start shifting our mindset and doing the inner work on ourselves.
No one can heal you except you.
By doing the inner work, we can rise up and meet our soul where they are at, which is a higher state of consciousness that revolves around love and joy. 💕💕💕 And I think it’s fair to say that most humans, deep down, would LOVE to live in a state of more love and joy rather than fear and hate.
So just remember, anger can be a good thing… it’s teaching us discernment between what is true and what is not. When we have discernment, we can start opening ourselves up to new perspectives, which can help us begin to make some new mindset shifts, which can help us begin to consciously create a better life for ourselves.
One final tip: be grateful when things upset you… it just means you’re receiving an opportunity to level up!
Keep holding the light and be the hero of your own story!⠀ ⠀
Sending you a big hug!
