DESIGN + TURNAROUND TIME
Upon placing your order you will receive an order confirmation email. For premade designs, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process and proofs to be emailed.
I am available between 6 am to 6 pm EST, Monday through Friday to work on your designs. I do not work weekends and observe federal holidays.
I try to answer emails as soon as possible, but can’t always get to them immediately. Please allow adequate time for responses.
Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included. If more rounds are needed or if you want to make any changes after the design has been finalized, additional charges will incur.
All premade designs that contain graphic elements are sold as shown. If you wish to alter the graphics, please note there will be an additional custom design fee.
Font changes are also not included in the price. If you request or require a different font from what is seen in the design, I'd be happy to assist you for an additional fee.
Fonts are third party items, which means no designer can legally include or give out font files (if they are not the ones who created them). You do not need the font files to use the logos or designs, however, I understand that you may want to use the fonts throughout your branding and marketing, so, as a courtesy, I will include the names of the fonts used along with the links on where you can purchase and/or download them.
Due to the digital nature of my products and services, I do not offer refunds for time already spent working on your designs or for work already completed. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me and I'll be happy to help you resolve it.
Even though you have received a shipping notification, all designs and files will be sent via email or via Google Drive. You will not receive a physical item from me. The shipping notification is the notice that your order is complete and finalized.
PRINTING + SHIPPING
You will be responsible for printing and shipping any of your premade designs. If you would like me to take care of this for you, I'd be more than happy to! Feel free to inquire for an additional quote.
GENERAL PREMADE DESIGN POLICIES
Premade logos and premade brand packs may be sold multiple times.
The final files are NOT editable. You will not receive source files, Photoshop or Illustrator, with your order.
All designs are copyright protected and I retain all rights to your premade logo designs. Legal action will be taken if any of my designs are changed, copied, or resold on their own.
