Hell yeah, you can! I am all about creating a unique experience that is customized to your specific branding needs and dreams. 😉 I'd be happy to talk with you more about your options. Payments are split into two installments: 50% upfront upon booking and 50% once you are completely in love with your brand and/or website. The final payment will be due before I send you any final design files or before your website goes live.
Payment plans are available, please inquire.
Once you are booked in my schedule, you will be required to do some "homework" and to prepare some content for me. If this is not completed by your assigned start date, your project may need to be rescheduled to my next available start date, and a rescheduling fee of $250 may be applied. The same goes for any other deadlines that are missed during your project's timeline.
The reason I do this is because I prefer to work with one client at a time, so if your project gets delayed, that means the next client's project gets delayed. To be fair to them, and to keep you accountable, we will need to reschedule your project.
The other reason I do this is because each design builds on the previous one. For example, your logo variations are created from your primary logo, so your primary logo needs to be created and approved by you first so that I have something ready to create from. That being said, I will need you to approve each design in a timely manner before we can move onto the next design on our to-do list. This also stops me from going too far in the wrong direction with a certain design. If I presented everything I created for you upfront with no collaboration, and you didn't like what I created, I would have to go back and redesign everything, which would take more time and would cost you more money.
So it's very important that we stick to the process and timeline! 🙂
I will have you fill out a brand questionnaire + create a shared Pinterest board filled with inspirational images, quotes, colors, etc. to help me better understand you, your business, and your vision.
I also recommend setting up your professional email address, professional phone number (if relevant), and preparing any other contact information or marketing media such as brand photography or headshots before we begin.
Here are a few standard things I need:
- Purchase your domain + hosting*
- Prepare your website copy*
- Prepare any brand photography and/or headshots you'd like to include
- Set up your professional email address (I use + recommend G Suite)
- Set up a professional phone number (if relevant)
Since each website is custom to your unique needs, I will give you a detailed list of all the specific items you will need to prepare for your website after you book your package with me.

We will be communicating via email.
Also, please be aware that this will be a collaborative process, which means you will need to make yourself available during our time together to provide feedback and to approve any design concepts I send you. I will not be able to move onto the next step until I receive your approval.
Since I only work with one client at a time, any delays to the process may cause us to have to reschedule your project to the next open date in my schedule. In this case, a rescheduling fee may be applied.
Moodboards are one of the most exciting parts of the brand identity process! They are a visual representation of all the amazing ideas bouncing around in your head and where your brand really starts to come to life! It's an integral part of the process that helps set the style, feel, and mood for the entire project moving forward.
Moodboards also help prevent me from going in the wrong direction, which can save you a lot of time and money!
For most of my clients, this is the part where things really start to click. They get assurance that I understand what they were trying to translate and trust that I truly have their correct vision and intention in mind when diving into the rest of the branding process.
I use Adobe Illustrator to design and develop your design elements. This is essential for logo design because you will have a vector file that can be scaled to any size without losing its sharpness. Your logo and your marketing collaterals will also be created in CMYK to ensure that they print well.
You will have up to 3 rounds of edits included per design concept. Design time for additional rounds of revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $100/hr.
I try to be as transparent as possible during your experience so that there are no additional charges or surprise fees.
Additional charges may apply for the following:
- Licensing fees for special fonts or premium stock photos
- Additional features or items beyond what was included in your package or if you decide you want to go in a different design direction outside of the original scope
- Additional rounds of revisions or concepts beyond the three included
- If we need to reschedule your project to a later date
- If your scheduled payments are not made by their due date
I will always communicate potential add-on costs before implementing them or billing you for them.
You will be responsible for ordering any printing of your brand collateral items including business cards, stationery, brochures, etc. If you'd like me to assist you with that, I'd be more than happy to! Please inquire for an additional printing + shipping quote.
It will be your responsibility to provide me with the content you'd like to use on your website, including the copy (what you want written on each page), any photos you'd like to use, etc.

If you're interested in learning how to update and maintain your own site, we can add a live, recorded website tutorial to your package where I'll share my screen with you and walk you through all the basics. You'll learn how to log in, how to update plugins, how to check your website traffic, and how to make small updates on your own. I'll then send you the recorded video file so you can rewatch it anytime you need a refresher!
Brand Design: All of the final design files for your logos, branded elements, and marketing collaterals and will be packaged up and uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder so you can easily download them to your computer.
Website Design: You will receive a custom website designed on the WordPress platform.

You may also invest in a recorded live tutorial on Zoom where I will teach you how to sign in to your website, view your stats and make small updates to your site on your own in the future.
While each brand + website package will have a specific list of client responsibilities, the top expectations I have for each of my clients is an equal investment in the project and timely communication. These projects are set up to be collaborative, so I will expect you to make yourself available to provide feedback and to communicate with me in correspondence to your project's timeline.
